The Saints (born again believers) are God's police force. He has given the saints authority to bind and loose. If Satan is running rampant among us it is because we are not doing our job policing the area using the spiritual authority we have been given.
"Truly I tell you, whatever you forbid and declare to be improper and unlawful on earth must be what is already forbidden in heaven, and whatever you permit and declare proper and lawful on earth must be what is already permitted in heaven. Again I tell you, if two of you on earth agree (harmonize together, make a symphony together) about whatever (anything and everything) they may ask, it will come to pass and be done for them by My Father in heaven. "Therefore, put on the complete armor of God, so that you will be able to successfully resist and stand your ground in the evil day of danger, and having done everything that the crisis demands, to stand firm in your place, fully prepared, immovable, victorious. The purpose of the Whole Armor of God is to be able to stand our ground as we spiritually police the area and thwart Satan and his imps in their activities and schemes. We need to be faithful as spiritual peace keepers. It should be said of us, "Got a problem? Call God's police!"
