When a Holy Ghost baptized born again believer prays in tongues for a situation or for an individual, the praying believer relies on the Holy Ghost instead of their own understanding regarding whatever the believer is praying about. Why rely on the Holy Ghost instead of one's own insight and understanding regarding the subject or reason for the prayer? ANSWER: One's own insight and understanding regarding the matter might be WRONG! The believer praying regarding the matter may be misinformed. God knows the TRUTH about the matter. He will address the matter correctly and appropriately when the believer allows the Holy Ghost to pray through them in tongues (also called The Prayer Language).
